Houston Food Bank

Houston Food Bank is the largest food bank in the United States and a member of Feeding America, the largest hunger-relief charity in the nation. The Food Bank's core function is large-scale distribution of food to hunger-relief agencies that then provide direct aid to those in need. In addition to providing nutritious food for approximately 800,000 individuals each year throughout an 18-county service area of southeast Texas.
