The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History

Founded in 1994, the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History is a nonprofit organization devoted to bettering the teaching and learning of American history. The Institute ​offers an array of resources and programs for schools, teachers, and students, including ​its Hamilton Education Program ​that will benefit 100,000 Title I School students​ nationally​. Each year the Institute​ impacts​​ millions of teachers and students nationwide.
