National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Eastern North Carolina Chapter NC

The mission of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is to end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis (MS). Founded in 1946, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports more MS research, offers more services for people with MS, provides more professional education programs and furthers more MS advocacy efforts than any other organization in the world. The Eastern North Carolina Chapter represents an estimated 4,700 people with MS, their families, care partners and health care professionals. Our chapter programs team is nationally recognized for excellence in programs and advocacy, with services including: information and referral assistance; educational programs; direct services; outreach and education; wellness programs; and an advocacy program.
