Daniel Puder works to address the crisis of bullying among children and teenagers.
Undefeated Mixed Martial Arts Fighter and WWE’s Tough Enough Champion, Daniel Puder, founded My Life My Power a nonprofit to address bullying and Youth Development. After hearing the tragic stories of children and teenagers who committed suicide after suffering from bullying and intimidation, Daniel felt a personal connection to the situation and knew that something needed to be done to change the mindset of our youth. Rather than simply saying a few public words about this issue, Daniel was compelled to create a complete program geared toward youth, to be implemented in the school system to prevent more tragedies from happening.
The My Life My Power Program is positively impacting the lives of youth throughout the Nation as well as Internationally, by changing their mindset to build up their self-esteem and give them purpose and fulfillment!
The My Life My Power program has been designed to teach our youth the importance of goal setting, mentoring, character building, personal branding, resume building and leadership in order to shift a bullying mentality and diminish the negative mindset that they may have toward themselves, their peers, and authority figures to ultimately lead to their own success and happiness in life.
While My Life My Power began with an emphasis on anti-bullying, Puder has since adapted it to include addressing other issues such as dropouts and truancy, gang violence, drug and alcohol abuse, childhood obesity, eating disorders, teenage pregnancy, and many others. Through My Life My Power, Puder strives to provide children, teenagers, parents, and school staff with much needed guidance and direction for their lives by teaching them the importance of positive self-esteem, fulfillment, and purpose, all in a fun and proactive way!
